The C47 Skytrain is now available to download free for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. This iconic plane sounds amazing and looks the part, buckle in and enjoy this cinematic showcase of the famous Douglas plane.

Relive those WWII moments for free thanks to this mod. In this video I fly over the famous Upottery airfield and look at this beautiful C47.
Sadly, the plane is a little prone to crashing, i've found pressing Ctrl + E will crash the game as of the 1st September 2020. Also in drone mode, the engines will cut from time to time, i'm not sure why. But hopefully this will be fixed by the mod author in the future.
I don't know how to engage the engines yet, but perhaps working the instruments will get over this issue. Also when the plane 'dies' landing gear and flaps seem to fail also - could be a bug, or a legit mechanical issue (i plan with all stress damage off).
