Restart your computer and try to connect to MS Store.

Step 2. Reset TCP/IP Protocol & WINSOCK Catalog

netsh winsock reset catalog

Step 3. Refresh IP Address and Reset DNS Address settings

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew

Close command prompt and restart
