Genshin Impact Cross-Save Tutorial (PC to PS & PS to PC) Read Description
For PC to PS system
-PC/Mobile, email must not be the same with your PSN email.
-If your PSN account is sharing the same email with your PC/Mobile account. You can change it at account.mihoyo.com or create a new email for PSN account.
-What I did was, I created a new email to bind my PC account (Originally bind to Twitter before). I then created a new email to open up a new PSN account profile on the PS4 system. Once the PS4 new profile is done, I launched genshin and link the my newly bind email PC account. Voila, PC account on PS4.
For PS system to PC
-Open your PS4 genshin. Go to Settings then Account and then User Center. Link all the necessary details. Again, Email cannot be the same with a PC account email Genshin that already has progress.
-Once done, you can just login your PSN account on any devices with the email you binded it to.
