Spicy Carrot Salad with Harissa and Feta
Turn ordinary carrots into the best carrot dish you've ever tasted! The secret is a spicy condiment from Northern Africa called harissa paste. It's made with roasted chili peppers, cumin, coriander and carraway, lemon and garlic.

Recipe:
5-6 Carrots
curly parsley
1 lemon - zest and juice
2-3 cloves of garlic
olive oil
1 tbs harissa paste (or 2-3!)
1 white onion
feta
