Blender Modular Design - 19 Setup a Master Cutter Object
Now that we surely get the point, lets make a single Cutter Object that can handle all the slicing jobs for our roofing segments. Once this is done, it takes all the guess work out of setting up our UV's. Its not the most exciting job, but its a huge time and effort saver and well worth the time it takes to set up.
This is a real time badly narrated follow along style video where I will go through my whole process for creating modular environments in Blender, from starting out with the painfully basics to much more advanced modeling and texturing techniques. At the moment this is planned to be an ongoing project with weekly or biweekly uploads, but all is subject to change.
