{547} SMPS output Fluctuating and not providing load current, in this power supply i found that when the load is connected, the smps starts fluctuation. i found FR107 diode short circuit in RCD snubber section of the primary winding section. i replaced it with HER107 and the smps started working normally.
reason, that the RCD snubber demagnetizes the flyback topology transformer in off time. if this RCD snubber will not work, it will not demagnetize the core, so core will drive in saturation, and the converter will will not able to produce the required power
