A new type of housing development is coming to the east side of Columbus.
Think of it like LEGOS. Massive blocks of steel are stacked together to create an apartment building.
Brad DeHays, founder of Connect Real Estate, said the stackable, modular housing concept allows construction teams to complete projects quicker and could be the answer to Ohio's housing shortage.
