In this video, I will show you how to reset the password of your Raspberry Pi.
The process will work with any version of Raspberry Pi as well as Linux OS, like Ubuntu, Debian, Kali etc...

The command to append to the line of code in the cmdline.txt file is "init=/bin/sh"
After booting the Raspberry Pi:
1) "mount -o remount, rw /" ENTER
2) "passwd pi" ENTER (replace pi with the user)
3) follow the instruction to set a new password
3) "sync" ENTER
4) "exec /sbin/init" ENTER
