What are primary text frames? It's a type of text frame in InDesign that controls the main flow of text. A large document with lots of text, such as an eBook, manuscript, or transcript, will benefit from this feature.

Perhaps your document is only two pages long. When more text is pasted into the frames or typed, InDesign will automatically add pages as needed. That's the beauty of Primary Text Flow, it helps the flow of text!
