I don’t know if it’s just me - but as I’m still figuring life out - I keep having to move, or my insurance plans change, so my doctors keep changing. because I never tried to track my health issues or records, I literally do not remember what issues I have or the results of my checkups from years ago. but as I start getting older, I realize the importance of being organized, staying on top of your health, and just all around being attentive to your body, taking preventative screening tests as you should… so I present to you, my health notion tacker!
