The Science of Starship Troopers
Starship Troopers is one of my favorite guilty pleasure movies for many reasons. Today, we're going to look at only one aspect of why that is. There's a lot of cool science at play throughout the film and I haven't seen too many people talking about it. That is until now!
Listen, I just wanted an excuse to talk about paleontology and this video is the catalyst to do that. I recently heard Walking With Dinosaurs is coming back next year and I am ecstatic!
Through my research, I didn’t find a paper about the scaling of growth for insect with Oxygen levels. I am aware a liner progression is ridiculous considering with normal aging of any animal and the other difference you see with island dwarfism and giantism. This is just a fun dumb video about a fun dumb military propaganda.
