Here we use the inverse of a matrix to help us solve a linear system of equations.
We write our matrix in the form AX = C and then multiply both sides by A inverse, A^(-1) to help us find the solution to this dependent system of linear equations.
Note that we can use different methods to find the inverse of the matrix. Here I use the formula involving determinants to find the inverse of the matrix.

We solve: - x - 3y = -2
4x + 5y = 8
