Canva hack - do this when working with templates in Canva
I've had feedback from students who say this simple workflow saves them heaps of time and makes working in Canva so much easier.
This video starts with opening a template from a link, but the same applies if you're opening a template from inside Canva. Once it's open in your workspace follow the same steps.
The template you can see in this video is "Butterflies" from Kids Get Creative With Canva course, teaching 6-12 year old kids real-world Canva skills in fun, creative projects.
A lot of kids are using Canva at school and at home, but they're not learning how to use it properly. From years of teaching all ages of students I've developed a signature way of teaching that gives students those really important foundational skills to help you understand how to use the software - rather than guessing!
