Brisket – 900 grams
7 cloves of garlic
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Black pepper – 1 teaspoon
Sweet Paprika – 1 teaspoon
Dry adjika - 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons
Mustard – 2 tsp.
Wrap in baking paper and foil
Place in the oven at 190°C (374°F) for 70 minutes
For the salad:
Chinese cabbage – ½ piece
Cucumber – 1 pc.
Corn – 1 can
Boiled eggs – 3 pcs
Salt to taste
Sour cream – 1 tablespoon
