Dry Rub:
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Ribs:
1 rack of pork spare ribs
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
1 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375. Rinse your ribs off in water and dry them. Remove the membrane on the back to allow the ribs to fall off the bone.
Make your rub by adding all stir together the brown sugar, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne.
Place ribs on a foil covered baking sheet. Add dry rub all over the ribs, generously coating all of the sides.
In an instant pot add 1 cup of water, 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar. Add a trivet or rack to the bottom of the instantpot. Place ribs on the side and seal.
Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes and allow pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then released and remove with tongs back to the foil covered baking sheet.
Coat the top of the ribs with left over dry rub and your favorite barbecue sauce. Bake for 10 minutes.
Serve with potato salad or chipotle slaw! Enjoy!
