Russian reactors for Khmelnytsky NPP | Who does Energoatom work for?
Ukraine's Energoatom wants to buy Russian-made reactors from Bulgaria for the unfinished Belene NPP. The use of these reactors would lead to dependence on Russian fuel, which would mean energy dependence on Russia itself.
