All Windows startup and shutdown sounds low pitch-shifted version

P.S , before dislike this video , please notes:
All the Windows Startup and Shutdown sounds in this video are 99.999% correct and there are the important point about the start up and shutdown sounds.PLEASE READ THE DECRIPTION BEFORE COMMENTING.IF YOU STILL DO NOT BELIEVE ME, TRY MORE WINDOWS BUILDS BY YOURSELF AND YOU WILL GET THE SAME RESULT AS ME.
1.Windows do not have sounds before windows 3.0 MME.
2.Windows 3.0 MME uses bell.wav as startup sound and water.wav as shutdown sound.
3.Windows NT 5.0 Beta 1 and Beta 2 used windows NT 4.0 as shutdown sounds instead of windows 2000 beta 3 build 1946-1969 startup sound. The long startup sound is introduced in build 1671 and used until build 1911. Before that , Windows NT 5.0 used Windows NT 4.0 startup and shutdown sounds.
4.Windows Whistler used 2000 sounds until build 2485(2481 does have windows xp sounds but they still use 2000 sounds as default).
5.Windows Server 2003 in all country (include UK) used windows xp sounds. The fake windows UK startup sounds    • Windows Server 2003 UK Startup Sound   is came from the windows server 2003 promotional animation    • Windows Server 2003 Animation   (cut by TheCanadianToast). It is very ridiculous for Microsoft to produce a special sounds for UK for server use because produce sounds can cost million dollars and even Microsoft cannot afford.
6.The windows longhorn sounds that widespread believe    • Windows Vista Beta Sounds (incorrect)   is fake and never used in any windows longhorn builds. The origin of the sound theme is actually came from an official Samsung desktop theme for Windows XP. Windows longhorn used windows XP sounds until 5840.16384(while later builds used Windows Vista RTM Logoff sound as the shutdown sound.)
7.Windows 8,8.1,10 used windows 7/vista startup sounds and no shutdown sounds because the "exit windows" was removed since windows 8.
how to enable it:
Go to Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Sound and click Sounds.
Check the "Play Windows Startup Sound"
Click OK and close the window
Go to Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options, in the left sidebar, click
"Choose what the power button do"
Click on "Change settings that are currently unavailable", and uncheck "Turn on fast
startup(recommended)" and click OK then close Control Panel

Please be minded: Windows Logon sound is not equal to the startup sound. They are just 2 different concept.
8.Windows 10X , which the development cancelled in May 2021 , featured a new startup sound , which uses the bootup.wav as startup sound and there are no shutdown sound.
9.Windows 11,which released on October 4 2021, features an new startup sounds after 14 years

Images are from BetaWiki and other sources.
Please do not comment that my Windows NT 5.0 , Windows Whistler , Windows Server 2003 , Longhorn , 8 , 8.1 , 10 used wrong sounds.
