It is a mode conditioning patch cable from ST to MTRJ connectors. This is the mode conditioning splice from single mode fiber to multimode fiber.
One ST connector is single mode fiber, and all the three other fibers are 50 micron OM2 multimode fiber.
The mode conditioning splice offset and spreads out the single mode laser within the multimode fiber core to optimize for multimode propagation.
It is a female MTRJ connector, and two ST connectors.
The cable jacket size is 2mm.
