Recipe:
1 and 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup yogurt
1 cup (approximately 1 large) red apple, peeled and roughly chopped
60gms melted butter
⅓ cup brown sugar
½ cup all purpose flour
½ cup oats
bake in the oven at 170c for 30-35 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
