Event Photography Rules of Composition.
In this video I discuss the rules of composition and how to use them as an event photographer to create images that are not only beautiful, but compelling and effective for your client. I discuss a lot of the rules of composition including: leading lines, explicit vs implicit direction, rule of thirds, framing, filling your frame, s curve, layering and more. But more importantly, I discuss what these rules accomplish, how they can be used to make more compelling and effective images, and even get into what unifies all these rules. Oh, and I do this all while sharing some of my work from an actual event I photographed.
