First, open Google Chrome on your computer. In the top-right corner, you’ll see three vertical dots. This is the menu button. Click on it.
From the dropdown menu, hover over 'More tools' and then click on 'Extensions'. This will take you to the Extensions page.
Here, you’ll see all the extensions installed on your browser. To update them, make sure you’re in 'Developer mode'. You can enable this by toggling the switch in the top-right corner of the Extensions page.
Once 'Developer mode' is enabled, a new set of options will appear. Look for the 'Update' button near the top of the page and click on it. Chrome will now check for updates and automatically install any available updates for your extensions.
Wait a few moments while Chrome updates your extensions. When it’s done, you’ll see a brief notification indicating that your extensions are up to date.
And that’s it! Your Google Chrome extensions are now updated. Regularly updating your extensions ensures you get the latest features and security improvements.
