How to do Ryu's standing HP into heavy Dragon Punch
Got another combo instructional video for this series I'm tentatively calling Combo 101. This one is on doing a standing HP into an HP DP. The DP motion can be pretty tricky for newer players to master, so this is a nice combo to practice doing it with.
The plan for Combo 101 is to gradually assemble a series of these videos into a basic multi-game playlist that should essentially cover the basics of linking, canceling, chaining, and charging, which are the fundamental elements of most 2D fighting game combos.
