Here we explain ‘How to Access Customer Helpdesk Accounts’, Create New Service Requests, or Manage your Existing Service Requests and Also update Realtime status on Relevant Service Tickets. Here you can also understand ‘How to Proceed Sancuro Web Portal’. As a customer you can place an order for service request using Sancuro ecommerce website https://www.sancuro.com with your login credential you obtain access to ‘My Account’. Use your Log in credential to login there. After login you will find the ‘Dashboard’ of your Account. At the bottom on left side menu of your account page you will find “Helpdesk” Tab to access the “Helpdesk Tool”. After clicking on Helpdesk button, you will be redirect to Helpdesk Log In page. If you are accessing Sancuro for the first time then you will have to register yourself first. For registration process you will have to click on ‘Register’ button and need to fill all the necessary information. After registration, Sancuro helpdesk team sends two emails at your register email ids. One is to confirm register email address and other one is regarding your Username and Password. In case if your registered wrongly, Sancuro Helpdesk team generate the first service ticket, by which Sancuro helpdesk tool automatically registered you with your Sancuro registered email Id. After you will arrive to My Ticket page by clicking ‘My Ticket’ Tab at top of the page.
