If Trezor is not recognized by the host device or you have connection issues:

Make sure that you have the latest Trezor Bridge installed. We suggest reinstalling the newest version from this source: https://suite.trezor.io/web/bridge/ (once installed, please proceed with clearing your browser's cache). After successful installation, you should see "trezord" process running in your activity/system/task monitor.

Try using different USB cables (transmitting both, power and data) and USB ports. Changing the cable resolves the connectivity issues most of the time. We recommend trying 2-3 different cables.

Connect your Trezor device to another computer, preferably with a different operating system. Supported operating systems are Windows 10 and above, MacOS and Linux.

When using Windows install software called Zadig. Please follow the instructions https://trezor.io/support/a/trezor-su.... After installation, please restart your browser and computer as well.

When using Trezor Suite for web:

Make sure that you are using a supported browser - Chrome or Firefox (try both and try using Incognito/privacy mode with both of them as well).

If you are using a VPN, certain advanced Firewall or Antivirus settings, or browser extensions (AdBlock, Privacy Badger, etc.), try to disable them. It is possible that some of these are clashing with Trezor Suite.

When using Trezor Suite desktop app:

Please reset the app in Trezor Suite app settings.

If the device still is not recognized in the desktop application please try to uninstall your standalone Trezor Bridge as well as the whole Suite application.
After you have uninstalled Trezor Suite and Trezor Bridge, please see if there is still a folder called @Trezor in the AppData. If it is still there, please delete it and install the Trezor Suite application again.
For macOS users, the folder would be located at:
/Users/user/Library/Application Support/@trezor/
