1 tsp peppercorn (crushed)
3/4 tsp coarse salt (crushed)
2 tbsp olive oil
Lemon Butter Sauce:
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 of whole lemon or 2-3 tablespoon of lemon juice
150 grams unsalted butter
Pinch of salt
Pinch of ground black pepper
Parsley
