The option to enable the TPM may be labeled
Security Device,
Security Device Support, TPM State,
AMD fTPM switch, AMD PSP fTPM,
Intel PTT, or Intel Platform Trust Technology.
For Dell Computer and Laptop
To activate the TPM on your Dell computer in BIOS, perform the following steps.
Reboot your computer.
Press F2 once a second when the Dell logo appears.
Once in the BIOS refer to the section that corresponds to the brand of your computer, for more instructions.
NOTES:
Depending on your computer model you may be able to navigate BIOS using your mouse. If not, navigate with the up or down, and left or right arrow keys, and use the Enter key to select options.
The menu options may vary depending on the computer model.
Latitude, OptiPlex, Precision, Vostro and select XPS:
Expand the Security section.
Select TPM 2.0 Security.
Select TPM On.
Select Apply.
Select Exit.
HP Computers and Laptop
Turn on the computer and press the f10 key to start to the
BIOS setup menu.
On the Security tab, check whether your TPM Device status is Hidden.
Toggle the TPM device status to Available.
Change TPM State to Enabled.
Press f10 to exit, and then click Yes to save changes. If prompted,
press f1 to confirm the changes and restart the computer.
Lenovo Computers and Laptop
In Bios Option
Security
Security Chip.
Check to see if the Security Chip Type is TPM and
if the Security Chip is Enabled.
