Unimat SL1000 -12° Tool Vs C110 Copper
I'm putting a 12° tool against C110 Copper on the Unimat SL1000.
.001" to .003" DOC, 685 RPM on 1/4" stock. C110 is not very friendly to machine. keep the tool very sharp and keep the tool moving. use lower speeds and shallow DOC for best results
