I do know other ways to battle insomnia, but you know me when I get on a rant I forget to mention them... so here are some other ways also.
1. Exercise.
2. Eat good foods.
3. Talk to people.
4. watch a boring TV show or one you have seen.
5. Cry... sounds odd but it releases energy.
6. Eat more food.
7. Take a bath.
8. Take a poo. not in the bath you monster.
