I'm Dr. David Stoker, a board-certified plastic surgeon in Los Angeles. Today, I'd love to share with you a beautiful pan facial rejuvenation result on one of my patients, who is 61 years old. I love this patient. She's got a great personality, and it's been a joy to care for her. I know she's very pleased with the improvements that we were able to achieve for her and their natural appearance. If you look at the before and after pictures, you'll see, first, she had a lot of aging around her eyes. She had bags in her lower eyes, hooding on the upper eyes. She had a lot of neck laxity and many fine wrinkles in her brow, especially around her mouth. We did a two-stage approach where I performed upper and lower eyelid surgery in addition to my traceless face and neck lift operation. What is that? It's one of my signature procedures where I get dramatic improvements for patients with results that appear so natural it's difficult for even another doctor to detect that the patient has had surgery. In this case, we did two rounds of fractional carbon dioxide laser, approximately a year apart, because of her convenience, and she was very pleased with her results. She was so happy with the results that she decided to help out one of her friends who didn't quite have the funds to do a similar procedure, and I know that patient's results were just as spectacular.
I admit it's a lot of fun for me to help patients get these dramatic improvements.
