The year was 1990, when Lee Ritenour and Friends performed for two nights at the famed Coconut Grove night club in Los Angeles, California. Towards the end of the first night, the group departed from the usual funky jazz blues that Ritenour is known for, to play this cover of the popular rock blues instrumental ballad, composed by Stevie Wonder and recorded by Jeff Beck.
