QuickTECH T8HY Hybrid Twin Turrets Y-Axis Turn/Mill Centers
QuickTECH’s T8 HYBRID is a 9 axis twin spindle CNC mill/turn center with 2 turning spindles, 2 live milling spindles, B axis, and a minimum capacity of 38 tools. This machine’s Flexible Duo System allows 2 programs to run simultaneously saving up to 45% cycle time. The main spindle employs a 3 axis BMT power turret equipped with 12 fixed and live tooling stations, 65mm bar capacity, and 80mm of true linear Y axis travel. The T8 HYBRID’s sub-spindle features a 4 axis gang slide employing 26 tools (5 external, 9 internal and 12 live tools), 32mm bar capacity, and an impressive full flexible 360° B axis.
