How to FIX PS4 Error Code NW-31194-8 Connection to the Server Has Been Lost (Easy Method!)
Are you trying to connect to playstation network and you keep getting a ps4 error code that stays "the connection to the server has been lost" (NW-31194-8). When you test your internet connection, you see your internet and IP address are successful, but when you connect to PSN, it says it has failed to connect to PSN. An easy way to try to fix this is by chaning the MTU settings in the network setup. Go to settings, go to setup connection. Then choose custom, continue to MTU, choose manual. Type in 1476 for the MTU setting. Then test your internet connection.
