Did humans need aquatic animals in their diets to grow large brains?

It’s a popular theory, but doesn’t add up. There are enough omega-3 fats found in ruminant animals to fulfill all of our needs. I am not a believer that humans required fish in their diets to grow brain size.

Furthermore, I am not convinced that we need massive amounts of omega-3’s in our diets anyways, because I don’t believe that “more is always better." Why? Because omega-3’s can become just as unstable or even more unstable than omega-6’s!

How do you balance your omega-3’s? Do you consume fish or mainly stick to ruminant animals in your diet?
