I’ve been doing more artist shows this year and the Oregon Country Fair was an experience unlike any gig I’ve ever had. I camped on the festival grounds for 4 days so I was fully emerged in the event in every way. I had the 3 shows on two different stages but the experience was far more than that, with the camping, the food, the temperature swings but most of all, with the community that this festival has cultivated over the last 55 years. OCF is a one-of-kind experience and the attendees fully and joyfully embrace it’s unique and glorious vibe.
Some of the other shows you see in this vlog include a GRLwood club show and amphitheater gigs I’ve been doing with Tenille Arts, supporting Walker Hayes on his summer tour. Getting to see all of the incredible venues that Walker’s success warrants, has been absolutely incredible and I’ve met so many great people on the crew and in the other bands. I love getting to be a part of these huge shows with massive lighting & PA and professionals in every position.
I’m 20 years old and I’m a professional musician, songwriter & artist based out of Nashville. I play lots of instruments but the ones that I’m hired to play most often are drums, cajon and bass. I’ve been posting music related videos on YouTube since I was 9 years old and began playing professionally at 14. I’ve always loved music and I’m grateful that it’s also become how I now make a living. This channel started as a combination of my fascination with drums and YouTubers and it’s now turned into a much larger music and music business diary. My goals haven’t changed all that much over the years and stay pretty simple. I’d love to keep making music and hope I keep getting better at it.
