Note: Apologies for the aliasing - after a week of rendering this in HD I must have missed deselecting the deinterlace option in Premiere, which annoyingly is enabled by default, effectively halving the vertical resolution. Equally annoyingly, YouTube doesn't allow videos to be replaced without losing comments, views, URL etc. :(
