Ingredients (per 0.5 l jar):
cream tomatoes - 350 g (6 pcs)
garlic - 1 clove
coriander seeds - 0.5 tsp. l
. * mustard seeds - 0.5 tsp. l
. * black pepper - 5 pcs.
sweet peas - 1 piece
Marinade (per 1 liter):
rock salt - 30 g (1 tablespoon with a slide)
sugar - 150 g (6 tablespoons with a slide)
vinegar 9% - 50 ml
Output: from 1.5 kg of tomatoes, 4 cans with a capacity of 0.5 liters turned out. 600 ml of marinade was needed.
Steaming time: 1 time ⏰15 minutes
