Google launches photo scanning app
Google has launched new scanning app 'Google PhotoScan' which will enable it's users to scan and digitise physical photographs easily. The app is capable to detect edges, straightens the image, rotates it to the correct orientation and removes glare. The new app will be available on both Android and iOS devices from Wednesday today. Scanned photos can be saved in one tap to Google Photos to be organised, searchable, shared and safely backed up at high quality.
