Fractured Wrist Recovery: 1 Resetting The Wrist
This video is the first one in a series of videos that I'll be uploading as I recover from this fractured wrist of mine. In this video the Dr. resets my fractured wrist to begin the first step in the recovery process.
The accident happened on 10/11/2020.
The uploads will be sporadic but I plan on doing at least one upload a week to capture and share my progress. I am not undergoing any rehabilitation or going to any type of physical therapy. All recovery will be done on my own and with the help of my wife. She has already helped more than I ever would've asked of her.
