Why are internships & trainings SOO IMPORTANT?
Mentorship, trainings, internships all have different meaning but all have effective solutions to being molded into the person you are suppose to become. Every successful person I kno w including myself are constantly being trained or investing in some sort of coaching or training.

Meet Sah he is our summer accounting intern, he is a full-time student at penn state that came on board for a 12 week intership program, which 4 out of the 12 week program was unpaid. Sah was willing to come on board with a company that was going to mold him into not only understanding the field of taxation but also dealing with clients, and sales and marketing (he just doesnt know that he was doing these things)
