You can create a Facebook account using Facebook app or using your browser
Now I am going to create FB account using Facebook application
To start open Facebook application
if you don't have the app go to Play store or AppStore
Then search and install "Facebook."
Then Tap Create New Account
Tap Next
Enter Your First Name and Last Name
Tap Next
Enter Your Birthday
(Set your age as more than 13)
Tap Next
Select your gender type
Tap Next
Then Enter your mobile number
(in default, it asks to enter mobile number. Otherwise, Tap Sign up using mobile number)
After Entering the mobile number
again Tap Next
Enter your New Password
(it is better if you can enter a strong password)
after entering Tap Next
Tap Sing up
then it is creating your account
now it is better if you can save and remember your login details
Now you have to confirm your Facebook account
before you get that page, Facebook already had sent you an SMS
if you open that SMS, you can see a verification code
you have to enter it here
some it will autofill by autofill service of your device
Tap Confirm
Upload a profile picture
Add friends if you want
Tap OK to Save your Login Info
Now you have successfully created a Facebook account using your mobile number
