I've been thinking a lot lately about how to improve the community experience for Take One Tech academy members, Affiliates, Course Owners, YouTube members and views of this channel.
Currently, the community is all hosted on Discord, and so one of the questions I've been contemplating is 'Should I quit Discord? Is it time for a move to another platform.
Of course, that is not a simple question with a straightforward answer... there are lots of things to weigh up... In this Livestream, I'll be sharing my thought process, what I have decided so far, and also how you could help with evolving the community going forward.
I hope that this will help some folks who are thinking about their own community but also those thinking about joining Discord communities in general.
