How to install Kontakt Libraries in the Left Library Menu. Use Kontakt 5.6 to import Library files into your Kontakt menu. Newer versions are missing the necessary ADD LIBRARY button. Once you've imported your library you can open any new version of Kontakt 6 to open your Whole Loops Products. You do not need to authorize our drum kits with Native Access to use them. They will work even though there is a button that says activate.
1. Open Kontakt 5.6 or older
2. Click Add Library
3. Open the Whole Loops product folder and click Open
4. Repeat for any addition Whole Loops Kontakt Libraries
5. Open Kontakt 6 and your Libraries will appear
Mac OS Catalina users do not have access to 5.6 so they must use the File Browser technique to manually load instruments in Kontakt 6.
