This is the official trailer of STALKER - Oblivion Lost (which is the original title of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Shadow of Chernobyl).
At this stage (2002) the game was still a more classical first person shooter based in a Southern American theme with Maya- or Aztec-like architectures. A special feature of the game was your sidekick, a levitating drone. If I remember right, the change to Chernobyl as the setting occured a couple of months later in 2003.
