Raymond Wang (age 14): Harvesting energy from rain, hail and snow
Raymond Wang is a Canadian 8th grader. He was a finalist in the 2012 Google Science Fair for his project, the Weather Harvester, which converts the kinetic and potential energy of wind and rain into electricity.
