This is an update to our earlier video on how to erase and reset MacBook Pro on Big Sur, which was a little bit of a complicated process. Thankfully, with MacOS Monterey, Apple has simplified the process of how to erase and reset MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, iMac M1 (or Intel Macs with the T2 Security Chip). The new process to erase and reset MacBook and other Apple computers is now very similar to how you restore your iPhone or iPad, as Apple slowly blurs the lines between their MacOS and iOS software and devices.
