Hello, friends, my name is Harry. I've been suffering with depression and anxiety for the past 15 years. Depression is a common mental disorder affecting more than 264 million people worldwide. It is characterized by persistent sadness and a lack of interest or pleasure in previously rewarding or enjoyable activities. To help me I started to play Sony PlayStation video games since December 30, 2021, and it has help me to cope with the illness.
