3 Ways to Create Whistles like Martin Garrix & Mesto
In this video I used a synth (spire), whistler 2 vst, and a whistle sample.
It is all about seeing what works best for your track. I would try layering different types and adding different effects.
*Also, for synths, use legato for more of a swingy feeling
