FSR 2.1 Mod on Steam Deck (5+ Games Tested)
AMD recently announced an update to FSR bringing forth FSR 2.1. This version aims to improve ghosting and other aspects of the visual quality we got in FSR 2.0. The Steam Deck is able to play games with FSR 2.0 and luckily with a little bit of work out can update the version of FSR to 2.1 for some titles. Unfortunately for many of the titles I tested today the FSR .dll files were inaccessible. Red Dead Redemption 2 stand to benefit greatly from this update, but updating the .dll files currently causes the game to crash. All this being said it is great to know that (just like with DLSS) we can manually update FSR in games when developers don't give us patches.
