Sugar cookies in 10 minutes of your time
▶️Ingredients:
✔ 50 g sugar
✔ 60 ml of vegetable oil
✔ 60 ml of orange juice
✔ 180 g flour
✔ 1 tsp (5 g) baking powder
✔ orange zest to taste
✔ a pinch of salt
▶️Cooking:
✔ Pour the orange juice into a bowl.
✔ Add the sugar, salt and orange zest.
✔ Stir.
✔ Pour in vegetable oil.
✔ Add flour and baking powder.
✔ Knead dough with your hands.
✔ Divide into 2 portions.
✔ Roll out into a roll.
✔ Cut it into 12 pieces.
✔ Dip in sugar.
✔ Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
✔ Bake at 356 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
