Nearly same as my previous rotation, with some small adjustments to axe 3 timing which fits Akeem relic better. Akeem is +400 DPS on bench if you trigger it properly (never delaying Axe 3 for CC), and you get average 4 Confusion stacks.
It's not a big difference. I suggest you use Fractal because if ANet nerfs Akeem then Condi Guard will almost certainly stay on Fractal.
I disable axe auto attack to make the entire rotation queue, but this requires your full attention to complete the auto chains on top of every other skill cast. I don't recommend doing this unless you get very familiar with the rotation and understand how to navigate the cooldowns and how to fill time efficiently.
